I have a client laptop with no sound, and am convinced it's a realtek driver issue, but when I put the model number or serial into the HP website to try to get drivers it tells me it can't find any drivers for the product (for any operating system).
I know the HP site is flaky, but this seems ridiculous. How else can I find the right drivers and bios?

The site is definitely messed up right now.
You should be able to use the drivers from the base model 15-n200.
Since the 15-N267sa has an AMD processor and chipset, make sure you select the AMD BIOS update and don't use any of the Intel drivers.
