Hi, I have been looking for the control panel that will allow me to change the sound output, from tinny crisp bag sound, to smooth jazz, bass rich, rock, classical when I am playing a film/video, from my file or from YouTube. I know I am not going to be able to have really bass rich sounds, but this is so tinny it is jusy annoying and really grates on everyones nerves, I can't even play ABBA videos and everyone loves ABBA. Trying to play any Jazz or soul, or rock, it sound like they are playing wiht the amps switched off 😕 This has Bang and Olufsen speakers and was meant to be possible to adjust the sound output All I can see is Realtek Audio volume Mixer which has no setting controls apart from volume up or down, or off.

HP Envy 13 Ba00 is an invalid model/product. Anyway, please try from HP Audio Control
Regards.
