Product: HP Elitebook 8440p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello Team,

 

I'm using HP Elitebook 8440p & facing issues with it's Audio Earplug port. Whenever I'm plugging in a earplug or headphone to that port during a Skype /Circuit call both Audio /Video my partner/colleague is unable to hear my voice. I've reinstalled the drivers also but that's of no use.

Kindly provide me with a solution
