Why doesn't the EQ for wired in-ear monitors work when a Bluetooth Headset is also used?

However, the EQ for the laptop's internal speakers still works.

Is it because of the limited presets of Sonitude AudioProcessingObject?
Because I already know that the presets used by HP Audio Center are from Sonitude APO presets.

Is it possible that the definition of external audio devices from the jack and from bluetooth are not distinguished?

@Banlix, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems like when you're using both wired in-ear monitors and a Bluetooth headset, the EQ for the wired ones isn't working because the system only allows one audio output at a time.

Here's what I'd suggest: Try using the wired in-ear monitors first to adjust your EQ settings without connecting the Bluetooth ones, then switch to the Bluetooth headset afterward.

Hope that clears things up!

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you @Garp_Senchau.

Oh, it turns out that it's because of the system/way the external EQ works like that.

I want to ask again, what is the difference between Bang & Oliufsen Audio Control and BO Audio Control? If possible, please explain in detail, including the differences in features.
