Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every thing works except for the enhancement tab, which is missing. It was never there from the beginning, when I got the notebook a few months back

There are 4 tabs as shown ? Where you see  enhancement tab ?

From your screen select the Playback tab.

then the speaker icon and press the properties button.

The Enhancement tab should be there.

It has a volume equalization, to protect your ears from loud commercials
