I see that you are looking for drivers for your Laptop.

 

Kindly refer to this link for drivers for your laptop and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Or you can also run the windows updates to find the latest drivers available for your Laptop.

 

select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
