Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Windows 11 installed and audio has disappeared. Despite multiple reinstalls of Realtek audio, sound comes and gos.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer since I don't see any W11 audio drivers on your notebook's support page, would be to try this W11 Realtek audio driver from a newer model HP Spectre.
