HP Spectre x360 - 13-4111tu

I have a HP X360 Convertible P4Y25PA#ABG which is running Windows 10. The audio doesn't work.  The Device Manager shows several devices under "Other Devices" with the little yellow triangle and no drivers installed for them.  It will not allow updates of the respective drivers,  Not sure what has happened but would love some help in solving the issue.  Bluetooth headsets seem to work OK but not plugins.

Your machine is the second generation of HP Spectre notebooks. Please try

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
              https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110430.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver  and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.
