Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, whenever I connect my ZBook laptop to a docking station or even my LG monitor (that has built in speakers) my audio get disabled. I go to control panel > sound and a notification shows that my audio is disabled and that I need to enable it. When I press okay and enable it, the playback devices show for a few seconds and then they disappeared. I went into device manager and all audio devices are up to date. The laptop's audio works fine by itself as long as I don't connect it to any docking stations or monitor. The current docking station I'm using is the  HP USB-C Dock G5. (Any clue why the playback devices appear and disappear, and sound goes straight to mute? Event tried fixing it through the HP audio settings and it still won't fix it.
