Hello, I am trying to use the Zoom app on my HP Envy x360 but it runs very slowly and the microphone only works if I use a headset. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)
Did Zoom come pre-installed on the device? if not, did you check if other applications are working fine?
Does the regular camera app work fine?
