Hi there, recently bought my Chromebook for zoom, the speakers work as they should on everything except zoom, I’ve been through all the zoom settings and tested the speakers, but once im
in a meeting I cannot hear others, any idea guys?

I see that you are facing Zoom audio-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
Please perform the below steps and check.
Let's Begin with a hard reset: click here for information.
Could you try connecting a headphone and check?
When you plug in the headphones, the Chromebook should recognize that they are plugged in.
Click on the status area at the lower right of the screen and you should see this:
Note the headphones icon. If you click on the ">" symbol to their right, you should see this:
And it allows you to select either the headphones or the internal speakers.
