Hello.

 

Zoom is not picking up my microphone even though my microphone is fully functional and all drivers are up to date. I have run diagnostics on my microphone and no problems were found. I have also recorded myself on the Window's voice recorder app and my microphone picks me up just fine. 

 

How do I get Zoom to register my microphone. I cannot find a customer support line for technical issues on Zoom, only a chat bot that does not help.
