Hi @yogesh2401,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If you've reinstalled Windows 10 on your HP PC and can't find the Bang & Olufsen (B&O) Audio Control, it's likely due to missing or incomplete audio drivers. Here's how to restore it:
Steps to Restore B&O Audio Control
1. Install HP Audio Drivers
Go to HP's official support site:
🔗 Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support
- Enter your HP PC model number (e.g., HP Spectre x360, HP Pavilion 15-dwxxxx)
- Select Windows 10 (64-bit) as your OS
- Download and install the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver or Conexant Audio Driver (whichever is listed)
These drivers often include the B&O Audio Control software.
2. Use HP Support Assistant
HP Support Assistant can automatically detect and install missing drivers:
- Download: HP Support Assistant
- Install and open the app
- Go to My Dashboard > Fixes & Diagnostics > Audio Check
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
