Hello,
Try installing the following audio driver:
https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=23&v_code=57969
You can also search for drivers with Driver Cloud available via the link below.

Hi, @bellum64
There is no 64 bit audio driver for your notebook. 32 bit only.
If you install W7 32 bit, the audio should work fine.
Also, you are slowing down your notebook by installing a 64 bit operating system.
64 bit OS' require more memory and disk space to run than a 32 bit OS does.
Don't install a 64 bit OS unless your notebook can support at least 4 GB of memory, and even that isn't enough nowadays.

I hope they work for you.
Check the driver setup information file and make sure it has driver support for the exact hardware ID you posted.
If it doesn't, the driver will not work.
You could try and modify the 64 bit setup information file, and add your notebook's hardware ID to it and see if you can trick it into installing.

I found this Vista 64 bit driver but the last part of the hardware ID is different.
Maybe you can edit the setup information file in this driver...
[Conexant.NTAMD64]
%HdAudioFunctionDriver.Venice5045.DeviceDesc% = HdAudModel,HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_14F1&DEV_5045&SUBSYS_103C30CF
Change to: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_14F1&DEV_5045&SUBSYS_103C30A5
Here is the file...
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp40001-40500/sp40170.exe
Or this one...
