Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

It sounds frustrating to deal with low audio quality. Here are a few steps you can try to improve the audio on your HP Notebook running Windows 7 (32-bit):


Check Volume Settings: Ensure that the volume is turned up both in Windows and on your speakers. Sometimes, the volume mixer settings might be set low.

Update Audio Drivers: Make sure your audio drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the Realtek website.

Audio Enhancements: Enable audio enhancements in the sound settings. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Playback tab, select your speakers, click Properties, and then go to the Enhancements tab to enable enhancements
Check Connections: Ensure that all audio cables and connections are secure and not damaged.
