 Sir ,

        i have recently upgraded windows 8.1 to  windows10 pro before 1 month  , after that  i found that my audio sound is not like same as previous . also ,my mute button is not lighting it is only functioning ,,previously i have realtek hd audio driver , but i cant find it after upgrading instead of this i have  microphone ( high  definition audio device and speaker 2 high definition audio device . so i  request to u plz solve my issues as soon as possible .

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.

 

I understand that the audio sound is different after upgrading to Windows 10, the mute LED is not lit on, and the audio driver is missing.

 

Please re-install the audio driver: sp71918.exe Restart your laptop, and check the sound, mute light, and audio driver again.

thank u so much sir , i got that audio driver ,after downloading the  file , follwed by installing after that i restart ,, i found mute  light is working ,also sound system
