b & o audio control only icon image when i click on app, THE APP DOES NOT WORK SINCE last used 1:00 om 30th November 2025.  Hasa some updatew from Microsoft wiped off the B&O and installed Microsoft Audio setting etc 😞

If you're encountering an issue where only the icon image shows when you click on the B&O Audio Control Panel app, you may need to access it through the Control Panel to manually control audio and bass settings.

 

From the Start screen:

  • Type "Control Panel" into the search bar.
  • Select "Control Panel" from the search results.

In the Control Panel:

  • Select "Hardware and Sound."
  • Click on "B&O Play Control Panel."

Additional Recommendations:

  • Ensure your audio drivers are up to date to support the functionalities of the B&O Play Control Panel.
  • If the issue persists, consider restarting your computer or checking for any updates available for your device or audio drivers.
