Hi @Dhrubo888, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control app crashes immediately after launching on your HP laptop, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart Your Laptop

  • A simple restart can sometimes resolve software crashes.

Update the Audio Driver

  • Open Device Manager (Win + X > Device Manager).
  • Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
  • Right-click Realtek Audio (or Bang & Olufsen Audio) and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for drivers.
  • Restart your laptop after the update.

Reinstall Bang & Olufsen Audio Control

  • Open Settings (Win + I) > Apps > Installed Apps.
  • Find Bang & Olufsen Audio Control, click Uninstall.
  • Download the latest version from the HP Support website (search using your laptop model).
  • Install it and restart your laptop.

Reinstall the Realtek Audio Driver

  • Open Device Manager and go to Sound, video and game controllers.
  • Right-click Realtek Audio and choose Uninstall device.
  • Check the box Delete the driver software for this device and click Uninstall.
  • Restart your laptop to reinstall the default driver.
  • If the issue persists, download and install the Realtek HD Audio driver from HP's website.

Run Audio Troubleshooter

  • Open Settings (Win + I) > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Click Run next to Playing Audio.

Check for Windows Updates

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
