I recently posted here asking how I could recover the beats audio control panel which I had lost following a Windows reinstall. I eventually traced the correct software required.

Solution can be seen here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/beats-audio-software-cp/m-p/7950802#M113442

The problem now is every time the Realtek audio drivers are updated, the beats audio is removed again and I have to keep reinstalling the original drivers.

Is there any way to prevent the beats controls being removed? My notebook audio is really bad without beats installed.

No. That softpaq won't run on my machine.

So every update to Realtek audio I lose my beats audio cp again.
