beats audio gone

Beats audio control panel is gone from my laptop. I have windows 10 and it has been working fine since the change.

I re-installed the audio driver from hp website and now I have no sound at all.

Hello,

After following @banhien advice, make sure that you reboot your laptop as changes to driver kick in after a reboot.

Also,make sure that the audio device is enabled.

Thanks for your help so far.  I used OSD as suggested, and still no Beats interface on the computer. This started after Windows 10 updated the system.

Hi, I had a same problem. When I updated Windows 10 Version 1709 recently, Beats audio disappeared in the control panel and taskbar in the left down corner on the screen. Thank you so much for your tips and information. I tried to download SP71717 but my computer told me system file error during download. Next I downloaded older one SP63555 without error and it installed successfully. The enhanced sounds now back as in the before, although I do not have find Beats icon in the taskbar and control panel.
