hi
after a clean install of windows 8.1 the beats audio will not open.
It appears in the control but when i click on it nothing happens.
I have sound, and everthing seems to be working ok but im curious to know whats happened to it.
When i go to device manager and select sound, video and game controllers, there are 2 devices 1 is AMD high definition audio and the other just says high definition audio device.both drivers are up to date.
I have look through the forums here and tried some of the links for the itd drivers but they will not install.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
Download and reinstall the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69001-69500/sp69164.exe
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.
