I recently fixed my laptop sound problem thanks to this great group. I have an issue that was not resolved which is Beats i go to Hp utility center and click on Beats and nothing happens also i don't see it nowhere on the programs i am afraid it got deleted when i upgraded to windows 10. How can i get it back?

@SUZIE8706, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I see that this Notebook was not shipped with Win 10 and hence there are no drivers available on the HP Support site.

The drivers available in the HP Support site are only for Win 8/8.1. Click here to download the update. 

 

We may try installing the software using the HP Support Assistant.

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

 

Also, check for any pending windows updates on the computer.

Reboot and check for the issue.
