Hello!

Sometimes my bluetooth audio output suddenly starts shuttering. Its unbearable!

Often its also not possible to connect to a bluetooth device.

I tried different solutions on the internet, but non seams to work.

 

I got the same results if I connect to JBL charge essential or Sony wh h800 headphones.

 

Please help me, cause for me it makes this laptop use- and worthless.

It looks like the wifi interferes with bluetooth connection

The crazy thing is with my Iphone I dont have any interference problems. 

 

Now iam wondering Is this a windows 10 problem or related to HP?

 

What could be the solution?
