Hi @radzzz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are experiencing issues connecting your earbuds to Bluetooth. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled: Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your device. For iPhones, go to Settings > Bluetooth > On. For Android, access Bluetooth settings and turn it on or scan for devices.

Earbuds in Pairing Mode: Place your earbuds in pairing mode by pressing and holding the earbud button for 4 seconds until you hear "pairing." Alternatively, use the charge case touchscreen, selecting Bluetooth > Pair Device.

Remove and Reconnect: If your earbuds were previously connected to the device, remove them from the device’s Bluetooth list and try reconnecting them.

Restart the Earbuds: Power off your earbuds by placing them back in the charge case, and then power them back on by removing them from the charge case.

Check Your Device’s Bluetooth Settings: Ensure your device is set to discover new devices. Sometimes a device may be set to hidden mode, which can prevent Bluetooth connectivity.

Update Firmware: Ensure your earbuds have the latest firmware updates.
Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support.

Use USB Bluetooth Adapter: If you are trying to connect to a computer, use the USB Bluetooth adapter provided with your earbuds for a more stable connection.

Confirm the Device/Adapter is in Range: Ensure that your paired device or USB Bluetooth adapter is within range of the earbuds.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
