If the built-in speakers of your Victus By HP Gaming Laptop 15 are not being recognized in the audio settings, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager and look for any exclamation marks or warnings next to the audio devices. If there are any, it could indicate a driver issue.
- Update Audio Drivers: If there are issues with the audio drivers, you can try updating them. You can do this by right-clicking on the audio device in Device Manager and selecting "Update driver."
- Restart Audio Services: Sometimes restarting audio services can resolve issues. Press Win + R, type "services.msc", and hit Enter. Look for Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder. Right-click each one, select "Restart," and then restart your computer.
