Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

my laptop sometimes cakles from the speaker and varies its voloume. The cackling does also continue when putting the Voloume to 0. It goes away after some time but it does also get back. 

I have also seen other posts here with similar problems with the same product line.
