Thank you for the update,
HDMI ports on laptops always have an output for dual display, so that's definitely not it.
although, that said, if you have a backup of your data, you might want to go ahead with the OS re-installation as that could fix the issue if the issue is related to a corrupt OS or drivers.
Let me know how that goes.

As I understand you have been troubled with using an HDMI cable as it's unavailable under playback devices, also though you have updated the drivers it doesn't work,
Don't worry we'll get it to work with only a few steps and by we, I mean you and me 😉
Let's start with the below steps:
Update the BIOS: A BIOS update may be available and most known issues have been resolved with the latest F.13 update
Look under Hidden devices: in device manager, if the driver shows up - uninstall/delete it and then reinstall the display drivers from HP: Click here
Check on alternate Monitors:
Connecting Monitors and TVs to Your PC (Windows 10, 8, 7)
If the issue persists, use an alternate HDMI cable and let me know how that pans out.

Thank you for replying,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I had to take some time off and look around a bit to find the BIOS update for your laptop, however, the last update released for it was back in Nov 2010.
If it isn't installed, please go ahead and do it as that should get you the fix: Click here
Keep me posted,

hey
i have installed the BIOS update which is f.23 but still nothing new yet
And then i installed amd drivers
After that i installed some windows updates including this as below :
Intel Corporation - Display - Intel(R) HD Graphics
Installation date: 11/30/2016 2:55 AM
Installation status: Successful
Update type: Optional
is it possible that my laptop has an hdmi port and doesn't support hdmi output ? how weird
i think a fresh windows 10 install may fix this problem
Thanks anyway
