- cannot find beats startup file

Have installed windows 8.1.
Beats Audio Control Panel is visable but cannot open.
When trying to open get following message : Cannot Find .startup file!.
Can i please get a link to a driver file that can correct this please.

Hi,
Try reinstalling the IDT software package on the link below - this should also correct the issue with Beats gui.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp59501-60000/sp59654.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

Hi,
Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your dv7 series notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.
