Product: Compaq 610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i have a compaq 610 and i use windows 8.1 64bit version.

When I want to go to Youtube and watch a video, I get the following error:

Audio Render Error ‘Please Restart Your Computer’

No problem with any other player, just youtube.

Do you have a solution or suggestions for an up-to-date audio driver for this model? Thanks

I solved it myself, no problem for now.

The solution is this:
Installing the driver for windows 7 x64 shared on the hp site instead of the audio driver installed by windows 8.1 x64. link below:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45137.exe
