concerning my audio jack. what size do i need to trs

my audio jack will not go all the way in. what size does hp recommend. trs or trrs . It has 3 ring end

@ccsmedman As long as its a 3.5mm jack, both TRS & TRRS should fit in, if it's a new laptop, it's most likely in need of more pressure before the jack is inserted all the way in for it to work,

please try that and check with an alternate headphone or external speaker,

check if that works fine,
