To clarify, Windows 11 itself does not include internal speakers. Windows 11 is the operating system, while the internal speakers are hardware components built into the computer or laptop. If your laptop previously had sound and the internal speakers are no longer working, the issue could be related to the audio settings, drivers, or hardware. 

To help you further, could you kindly provide the below details :  

  • The exact HP product/model number (Link for steps to find the product number - Click here )
  • What exactly is the issue ?
