 I have win10  on my devices and by installing the mobile phone to the laptop for charging, I suddenly lost the sound driver

If you are running W10, the only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook also works on yours.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
