earphone is not working...

hey there everyone...i downloaded realtek auido driver once to get the best quality audio....but when plugged my headphone,the sound is coming by both speaker and earphone...then i saw many tutorial in youtube..i reeboted  the pc...and i also tried to download several auido drivers but my pc could not downloaded those ..i dont know why this is happening ..in the audio playback device,there are such a device for headphone..at first my pc was runned by amd high def audio driver,,so later, it tried to downlaod that driver but its not installing though ..now i cant run with no driver except this stuoid mf realtek driver which is giving me sound by both speaker and earphone..plz help me to fix this.........

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
