i have a Victus by HP 16-e0215ax and i just bought the laptop last week. when I updated my drivers last night (windows update) my audio quality changed and it was horrible, there was no or little bass output. I have tried the windows troubleshoot and Ive been reinstalling my audio drivers but it doesnt help. what should i do? is there any other way to fix this?

(I,m translate from google translate)
- go to device manager
- and go to (sound, video and game controllers)
- Then right click on the sound driver
- then click update
- browse my com for drivers
- let me pick from a list
- uncheck here
- find (realtek)
- Try to find the best driver for you (recommend 6.0.9119.1 if you have one).
hope you understand
