i have a Victus by HP 16-e0215ax and i just bought the laptop last week. when I updated my drivers last night (windows update) my audio quality changed and it was horrible, there was no or little bass output. I have tried the windows troubleshoot and Ive been reinstalling my audio drivers but it doesnt help. what should i do? is there any other way to fix this?
