hello! im currently having trouble with my front speakers not working. the two side by side the keyboard. the back side works just fine. but its completely silent in the front. (unless there not speakers to begin with??) i tried uninstall/disable/enable/update/update/troubleshooting,diagnostics run and google other different solutions but nothing? should i just reset everything to back to factory? i just got the laptop so no important files.

update: reseted everything... still silent?? unless the front aren;'t speakers to begin with which will be embarrassing but just in case.
