Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The headphone jack on my HP Probook I7 suddenly stopped working last week. I'm running Windows 10  v.22H2 (OS build 19045.6216). Last update was on August 25, 2025, called KB5063709. The headphones (I tried a few) worked until then, and still work on other devices. Bluetooth works, as does the internal speaker.
