I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

hello i have tried your link. it seems i already have latest version of support assistant installed and showing no update available. my windows 10 is up to date with os build 18362.387.
audio drivers:
device 1: "Intel(R) Display Audio, Status: Enabled, Driver: ntcDAud.sys, Version: 10.26.0.6"
device 2: "Realtek High Definition Audio, Status: Enabled, Driver:RTKVHD64.sys, Version: 6.0.1.8668"
device 3: "Intel® Smart Sound Technology (Intel® SST), Status: Enabled, Driver:ntcDMic.sys, Version: 10.23.0.2577"
device 4: "NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM), Status: Enabled, Driver:nvvad64v.sys, Version: 4.8.3.0"
this is my things now. but still i feel like sound is coming only from bottom two speakers. front facing above the keyboard island is not sounding. i am not sure if it is speaker at all or not. may be its just a grill. but its written bang & olufsen so it might be speaker.
please let me know.

As per the Service Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06155404, there are front speakers above the Keyboard
I suggest you run an Audio Test and let me know if you get sound through those Front speakers
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio

I did exactly you told me. But I didn't find Component tests option there. I download and install the uefi from the site address "www.hIp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags" found when opening uefi.
I attached a image of that.
What to do now.

Install the latest version of the HP Hardware diagnostics (UEFI) on your device using this link: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/pc-diags.html
1. Turn on the computer.
2. Immediately press the f2 key repeatedly, about once every second, until the UEFI menu opens.
When the UEFI menu opens, select the diagnostic test you want to run, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Keep me posted on how it goes.
Have a great day!
Cheers 🙂
