The issue may simply be that the RPC service has stopped running. You can restart it by doing the following:
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
Type in services.msc and hit Enter.
In the Services window that appears, locate 'Remote Procedure Call (RPC)' and ensure that its status is 'Running'. If it's not, right-click on it and select 'Start'.
Also, find 'RPC Endpoint Mapper' and 'DCOM Server Process Launcher' and make sure they are running too.
After checking these services, try to run HP Audio Center again.
