There are a few things you should know:

1.  This is a peer-to-peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

2. HP retires support for all consumer class PC's that have reached 10 years of age, which is why you can't find any drivers for your notebook.

3. Your notebook was never supported by HP for W10, so no W10 IDT audio drivers exist for your notebook.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook and hope it works for your model too:

Sometimes after installing the driver, it sets the PC's headphone jack as the default audio output.

So, if your notebook has no sound after you restart the PC, check to make sure that the PC speakers are set as the default audio output.
