how could fix the sound issue (HISSING and  CRACKLING) for HP ENVY Notebook - 15-ae104nx (ENERGY STAR).
i'm using windows 10 64 
i have disabled REALTEK HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO DEVICE

but the issue still exist 
i couldn't find any thing that help about this issue 

even if i'm muting speakers that sound still there

Windows 10 updates may cause this problem. Please try

 

(a) Download the following software and save on your computer,

 

     http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74867.exe

 

(b) Go to Device Manager and Uninstall Sound driver,

(c) Reboot machine,

(d) Right click downloaded file above and select Run as administrator.

yes i'm sure, ever time i plug or unplug any USB device i hear that sound 

but it's lower now

I'm 100% this is caused from a Windows 10 cumulative update. I've had similar issues for two months and haven't found a fix yet. I have tried everything under the sun with no luck. Seems to be a common problem with HP Envys. I think I might have finally ruled this down to 3 drivers that got updated ,but there's no way of rolling them back or updating them. I was hoping a cumulative update would finally fix this ,but there's been 3 more and still haven't fixed the issue. Look at my longest reply in this thread and then at the bottom it links to the thread I started. If you end up finding a fix please post it here.
