Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ed0006nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Headphones and speakers produce no sound. The audio is played on other external devices via bluetooth. All the checks made by the diagnostic software did not find any problems in the drivers. Any ideas? Sound drivers are ok
