Hi @ajju4solution

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the concern. Low audio levels on your HP Pavilion x360 2‑in‑1 can sometimes be linked to software settings or driver behavior rather than hardware limitations.

To better understand the situation, could you confirm a few details:

Is the low volume noticeable across all applications (system sounds, videos, music), or only in specific apps?

Are you using the built‑in speakers, headphones, or external devices?

Has this behavior started recently, or has the volume always seemed lower than expected?

While we gather those details, here are a few basic checks you can try in the meantime:

Ensure the Windows volume slider and the HP Audio Control/B&O app volume are both set to adequate levels.

Check if any audio enhancements (such as “Quiet Mode” or “Audio Effects”) are enabled in the HP app and toggle them off to test.

Restart the laptop after applying any audio changes to confirm if the settings take effect.

If using external speakers or headphones, test them with another device to rule out accessory issues.

Once you share the specifics, I can provide steps tailored to your Pavilion x360 model, along with the official support source link. Would you like to confirm whether you’re primarily using the internal speakers or an external audio device?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
