I recently reformatted my pc and then my audio seems to only whisper even though I have it on 100%. I think my Altec Lansing dual speakers with Dolby Advanced Audio Driver is gone. Been l looking high and loow for a suitable driver but find nothing so far.
here's my specs:
product name :hp pavilion g7-2275dx
os -windows 7 (64 bit)

Hi @Rickyo,
Welcome to HP Forums!
I have read your post, and understand that the sound is still low even after the volume is adjusted to 100%, and the audio driver is gone. I want to assist you in this matter.
I only found driver sp59620.exe for Windows 8. You can try to install this one. If this one is not working, it is better to restore your system to Windows 8.
Or you can try going into the device manager, and click on the Action on the top of the window to select Scan for Hardware Change.
Or you can run HP Support Assistant to check for the driver.
Let me know if one of these helps.
