Hi I have a zbook 15 mobile workstation

When ever I presss the Volume up, Volume down, mute, screen brightness up or screen brightness down button I get  a "hpcaslnotification has stopped working" error

I hve tried reinstalling the HP Hotkey and Notification application but this has not resolved the issue.

Help would be appreciated.

Computer:

HP ZBook 15 Mobile Workstation

Consider:

  • Create a Restore Point (so you can "go back" to where you started)

Stop all programs:  Browsers, games, Applications, etc.

Control Panel > icon view > System > System Protection

Click (Highlight) your main disk (C) > Select Create a Restore Point

Download and save the following newer Hotkey driver:

sp79266.exe

Read Reference / Information:  Verify your computer is in the list of supported hardware:

sp79266.cva
