could you please help me resolve the issue of my laptop 

my laptops B&O  software got messed up and i want to fix it but i wasn't able to find any bit of this software online

so help me to resolve it

It is embedded in Audio driver for your machine. Please download and install

 

        https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105964.exe
