I have hp envy when I download and or update driver for Realtek(R) audio HP downloads a file SP141545 (but the correct sp file # is 138445 the correct number that corresponds to the amd ryzen 7 model the laptop came with) I learned that the Soft PAQ numbering system  in the archives might have a a link for the correct download those soft paq numbers that correspond to the Realttek high definition audio driver are :SP138001 → SP138500

 

HP blew it when they mis-labeled the available version for realtek which is 6.0.9363.1 Rev e with sp 141545 because that sp # is associated with a Intel machine and has different file numbers that arent compatible with the original version
