My internal microphone has not worked in awhile.  I have done all the basics to fix this problem.  Updated drivers, rebooted, toggled privacy switch, etc.  Need help

I also have had this problem - HP support assistant implies there are no issues - also ran diagnostic. But every time I try an audiovisual app it always says Microphone is not working

  • When was the last time the microphone was working fine?

I am having the same issues - the system says it is working - I've run all the diagnostic tests and installed all the new drivers, yet the microphone doesn't work at all.
