f6 botton light is not working i have tried methods like enabling, disabling and uninstalling audio driver please i need a solution

I understand that the F6 mute button is not working.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please perform the below steps and check.
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Sound, video and game controllers
- Right-click and uninstall your computer's existing audio driver.
Please click to download the audio driver.
You can also have the HP Support Assistant automatically recommend the latest updates for your computer.
If the issue still persists, please perform the system reset and check.
