Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV)

When I just bought the laptop I used the microphone that came with my headset and it sounded fine, and from one day to the next the microphone has no sensitivity I tried everything, remove the drivers, increase the gain, use other headsets and I still have the same problem and this only happens on this computer since I tried using the headset from other computers and it does not present any problem on these

In addition, it is not only this microphone, the microphone that comes with the laptop before was heard well and in the same way from one day to the next its low sensitivity, unlike the headset, at least it is heard as if it were far from it.

to better summarize the problem, if I connected a headset with microphone through the 3.5mm jack, I could not hear it.

I fixed it by downloading the HP CLOUD RECOVERY TOOL application from the Microsoft Store and a 32gb USB to install the ISO from the HP cloud.

another possible solution if you do not have a 32GB USB, is to update the BIOS because from the HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT app does not appear that the BIOS needs to be updated so you have to download it from the HP website.

here to clarify that these solutions were given to me by HP support however I see many people with this problem and nobody has a way to fix it.
