Product Name - HP 17-cn0047ur (5CG1443YBS)
After updating to Windows 11 24H2 x64, the built-in microphone stopped working, but the speakers work. I tried all the recommendations, nothing helped. I can only talk through the headphone microphone.

1. Check microphone privacy in the privacy & security section of Windows settings.
2. Check default input in the system>sound section of Windows settings.
3. Make sure the microphone settings are according to the third image, or turn off the audio enhancements section on the microphone.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer, but you're talking about the headphone microphone.
It works for me. I asked about the laptop microphone, it stopped working. I can't talk without headphones on Skype, Zoom, .etc. The laptop microphone doesn't work, I can't be heard.

Because I was using headphones at that time.
When I set the default input to the microphone array from the laptop, there was no problem either.
My device has no problems with audio input and output. When I set the default input to microphone array, it will use the laptop microphone, as will the default output, If I set it to speaker, the sound only goes to the laptop speaker.
